it depends on how he acts around u does he act funny?if so thats proubly a yes. If he likes to talk about some off the wall stuff...hes nervous around u.
If u havent ever talked to him then he might b waitn for u to make a move 1st...
they'll make eye contact n it will always seem like hes watchn u but when u look at him he turns away...HE LIKES YOU
