No. I wouldn't consider you to be a lesbian just because your friend likes to sniff your rear.
Personally, I don't see butt-sniffing to be a sexual act. I would say you were if you two were engaging in other things of sexual nature, like touching or kissing and stuff like that.
But you really don't care if she sniffs your butt??? I mean, that would make me feel really uncomfortable. Does that make me weird? lol
