Yorkie Bars are seen as traditionally seen as a mans chocolate bar, always has been, mostly for truckers. I believe its because the chunks are so big and contain so much chocolate that women wouldnt be able to handle it. However, its just an advertising gimmick, so I dont want any woman coming on saying that I am being sexist.

I have been eating Yorkie bars for the last 3 years, since they put "not for women" and every time I eat one, I want to write to the company, but then realised that that is what they want controvesy.

You always want what you are not allowed, and women can break a men only rule and it is seen as sexy. I know plenty of girls that like the odd one. So is a) a sales/suggestion trick and b) it makes it look a manly chocolate bar, to make guys see it as the 'to be seen with' chocolate bar as it isn't feminine.
Judging by the women here...it works.
There are different rules of acceptance for men and women so you'd never see a guy with the 'pink' one!

Funnily enough, ive eaten one tonight, the one with biscuit and raisin and I can honestly say I feel a bit sick as I ate the whole lot. Its a lot of choccy for one woman!

It was an advertising slogan which implied that it's too chunky and contains too much chocolate for women.
I've never quite understood that logic.
Women are completely obsessed with chocolate.
