ask him.. u should tell him you want to go to lunch or dinner with him one night, if he doiesnt get the hint then tell him you want to do things with just the two of you more often, just make small hints and see what he does.. then after you think he is getting the hint go somewhere like a walk in a park together or somewhere cold and hint tthat your cold, then go in for a kiss, see how he reacts
