NOT that I would suggest doing this myself but I have heard... there are p2p programs if u can read between the lines)_ where you might just find an audio ripper so you can convert....... oh wait doesnt windows media player 10 already allow one to rip music to its directory... hmmmmmm.... for backup only , right? well enjoy
