A rich, good quality milk chocolate that melts in your mouth, but a white chocolate fondue with strawberries; I think white is better for you.

I prefer dark chocolate and I'm thinking dark chocolate is better for you. I'm not real sure that white chocolate really is chocolate at all.

Swiss Milk Chocolate I don't care for Dark or White. I think the dark is better for you because of the higher content of cocoa.

Dark chocoloate is healthier - loaded with the anti-oxidant "theobromine". White chocolate has a much higher fat content. I like white chocolate, but it is not as healthy as dark chocolate. In fact, if you smoke cigarettes it is recommended that you eat two ounces of dark chocolate per day to counteract the deleterious effects of the cigarettes!
