i insulted my bfs half-sis, i said things as like she is a whore. my bf is always understanding to me. but that was tooooo much.. he said *** YOU to me.then the apologize and add that he isnt sorry.. he dont want me to call him again, (im white)and he said he will stick wit his blak queens.he hurt and insult me.

First step, take a time out for cooling off. During this time, ask yourself why you said such a hurtful thing about his half sister. Be honest with yourself. Then ask yourself why you would act on your thoughts and say something so painful. If you have honest answers to these questions, and you can be vulnerable, approach your bf with a sincere apology and explain the underlying reasons you acted the way you did. Don't defend your actions. Just lay out the truth. If he cares about you, he will accept your honesty and kindness, and the relationship may be stronger than ever.

You can start by apologizing to his sister and say you were having a bad PMS day and you needed to blow up at someone, unfortunately it just happened to be her. That's task 1. Now you have to wait a little, say few days. The tell him you miss him, and your sorry you were just having a bad day. If he is understanding things should be OK. And in the future don't pick on people!
