Tuna Noodle Casserole is always a winner-you can actually substitute Salmon or Crab meat if you want: 1 pound elbow mac, cooked 8 minutes, drained, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cup whole milk, butter (1/2 stick in the noodles and a little for the top), cheddar cheese-shredded; mix together with a little salt and pepper; top with breadcrumbs and butter; bake for 35 min at 325 degrees (cover 1st 20 min-remove cover last 15).

Okay, here's what you need:
2-3 cans of chicken
1 can of flavored tomatoes (Delmonte)
1 bag frozen spinach
1 sm. can button mushrooms
bow tie pasta

Basically you cook pasta following instructions on bag and toss all other ingredients into a skillet and heat through. As you go along season with whatever Italian spices seem to go well together. Top with shredded cheese just before serving.

Well you didn't define what cheap is.... so if you mean REALLY cheap...then something out of a box like mac n chz. I am assuming you mean something half way decent though.

Sante Fe Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
2-3 bags rice
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 boxes Green Giant frozen creamed spinach
(should cost about $20 total)

Cook rice and layer on bottom of large (or 2 average size) baking dish(es). Micro spinach and layer on top of rice. Place chicken breasts, uncooked on top of that. Pour salsa on chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and cook at 400 about 45 minutes.

This is dirt cheap to make, but delicious. My family loves it when I make it.
From my very own kitchen to yours... :^)

Tomato Basil Angel Hair Pasta

1 large can diced tomatoes, with it's own juice
3 large crushed garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 tsp. white pepper (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt or kosher salt
1 bunch of fresh basil chopped...saving a few leaves for later.

Combine all ingredients above, saving about 6-8 fresh basil leaves to use later, and stir well. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

1 box angel hair pasta, cooked as directed on box.
The remaining basil
Baguette of bread
salad of your choice

Saute tomato mixture over very high heat while cooking pasta, for about 7-8 minutes. Top pasta with sauce.
Roll basil leaves together, and cut into ribbons, and place on top of sauce.
Serve with bread and salad.

Hit the KFC and get a bucket of chicken. If you want REALLY cheap 6 packs of ramen noodles would be quick and cost less than a dollar.
