taco fries
2 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled,cut into french fry strips
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
Heat oven to 450.
Lightly spray a cookie sheet.
Place potatoes in a bag.
Add taco mix and shake well to coat good.
Place on sheet.
Bake 20-30 minutes, turn them once, cook till desired crispness.

Just but the taco seasoning, a pound of beef a bag of frozen fries; cook according to instructions, add the cooked taco beef on top add cheese, salsa, if you want!
