If you have Windows XP - just dbl clk it and make the choice you want. XP has the UNzip and zip built in.

Example: If you right clk a file and choose "Send To", one of the choices is "Compressed File". That zips the file and puts it in a folder. To UNzip, just dbl clk.

If you mean unzip a file, you need to use WinZip. Check their website to download.

download winzip or winrar. if you have xp, just double click, its built in.
