she has some serious issues an i feel sorry 4 her at times but now she is going out of her way 2 cause trouble 4 me she is gone so far as to try an get me fired from my job an tells me she wont stop till i get fired, an she wont tell me y an my boss is getting fed up. my family have spoken 2 her but 2 no avail, how to deal??

The only thing I can think of is to report her to the police for harassment. That is a little drastic, but I don't think there is anything else you can do. It sounds like your aunt needs to see a therapist. Perhaps the court will be able to order her to see one.
Also, let your boss know that you have no control over your aunt's behavior and shouldn't be held responsible for it. Let him know that you have done all you can to deal with this situation.

What is your part in this??? Did you do something toward her to bring this on?? Even though you may be much younger, in a work situation many will just treat you as another adult. If you did nothing just try to maintain a dignified attitude and tell the truth to your employer. Try to gain some insight into what is fueling this situation. Even if you do get fired you will have some experience that will help you avoid this kind of thing in the future.

Well first things why don't you try and talk to her and if you have tried then ask her what is her problem and why does she want to get you fired. If that doesn't work and you did something to upset her thats why all of this is going on then just say sorry. If all of that still doesn't work and you tried being nice then I would report her to the police and get a restraining order.

Tell her you want nothing to do with her, and she is not to interfere with your life anymore, if you already have then keep a log of what she does and when, get witnessses if poss. she is breaking the law by the sounds of it, so you have every right to advise the police your being harrased by this woman, you boss may be a witness to this, explain the situation to your employers. If a friendly warning doesnt discorage her then press charges and she will have an injunction placed on her.

Tell ur boss that r aunt is having problems and that U are having trouble with her and he can take measures to keep her away from where U work,or go get a restraining order to keep her away from U are UR work

Might I suggest talking to her one on one, tell her how you feel. Tell her that this is unacceptable and ask her why she's doing it (even if you already know). Or...play the same game. Beat her at her own game. But...that's just how other mean girls would deal with it.

You can get a restraining order against her. It will keep her away from you and your job. You can also sue her for slander if she causes you to lose your job. Document everything. It sounds like she has mental problems.

speak to your h.r dept and explain the situation cut her out of your life and have nothing to do with her last resort get an injucntion out on her through the police or wait until its a dark night and scare the sh it out of her
