NOT SURE WHAT UTI IS BUT IF YOU BEEN ON ANTIBIOTIC FOR TWO WEEKS AND ARE NOT BETTER GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR IT MUST NOT BE WORKING..OK I KNOW WHAT IT IS!!( UTI) Urinary Track Infection
MAYBE YOUR HAVING A REACTION TO THE ANTIBIOTIC... CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACY...

It could be an ear infection, i had one a few weeks ago, my jaw was really sore, my face and neck were swollen, i had been given antibiotics from the doctor and they didnt work, so i went and saw a different one, she gave me stronger antibiotics, pain killers and also ear drops, was better the week after.
Go back to the doctor!

you have a blocked salivary gland is what it sounds like. its very painful to say the least. mine acts up everynow and then...i am surprise it has not gotten better on antibiotics, chances are the infection is gone, but the blockage is still there.

see if you can tell if there are any stones underneath the tongue on the side thats bothering you. stones sometimes pass through ducts relative to the gland (where your saliva is excreted) sometimes (this is my own personal experience)i have had to take my fingers and squeeze....it lessens the build up of fluid that is unable to pass...that is, if the stone is not a big one.

the medication for the UTI might of caused your blockage. also it wouldnt hurt to drink cranberry juice for either of your ailments
good luck

Are you still taking the antibiotics, or have you finished all the pills? If you are finished taking the antibiotics and aren't any better, then you should go back to the doctor.
