Oh yes. My favorite.
Fry some finely cut onion until it is nice and brown.
Mix it and 1 or 2 eggs (depending on how much you fix) and some cube cut white bread which you soak in water together and fry that in a pan in olive oil. Get a nice brown crust on each patty. Salt and pepper are understood to taste.
I love that even when it is cold, so always make extra.
Let me know what you think of it once you've tasted it

Keep meaning to try this one. Maybe you'll like it.

I also make inside out burgers...put your favorite cheeses (my husband loves bleu cheese), chopped onions, crumbled bacon, etc. inside the burger (make sure to seal them up really well).

Bo Burger Recipe courtesy Paula Deen

Recipe Summary
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 80 percent lean
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup cold water
1 onion, sliced 1/4-inch thick
4 eggs
4 hamburger buns
4 slices American cheese

In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup cold water and mix by hand until meat has absorbed all the water (the water keeps the burgers moist and juicy). Shape into 4 patties. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Spray the skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add the burgers and cook to desired temperature, about 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium-well. Remove the burgers from the pan and set aside. Add the onions slices to the same skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, being careful to keep them in whole slices. It should take about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook until the yolk is not runny. Carefully remove from the pan. Lay the bottom of 4 hamburger buns on a flat surface. Top each bun with a burger. Top the burgers with 1 egg, onion slice, 1 slice of cheese and then the top bun. Lightly press the sandwiches together with your hand. Place the sandwiches into the pan and cook for 1 minute on each side to griddle the buns. Serve with French fries and pickles.

F-BURGERS

1 lb hamburger
1 tub cream cheese
6 tbs horseradish
salt to taste

Make 4 very flat 1/4 lb burgers. Mix cream cheese, horseradish, and salt and place a heaping tbs on each burger. Then place 2 burgers together filling facing each other and pinch sides together and grill. Before serving be sure to PRICK THE BURGERS WITH A FORK A FEW TIMES!!!!!!!!!

The reason these are called F-BURGERS is because my mother made these for the first time when I was 16 y/o and didn't prick the burgers. I bit into it, the filling shot out and burned my arm badly and I said F___! for the first time in front of my Mom. Hence F-BURGERS.-----ENJOY!

Guacamole is the best on burgers.

If yo want a kit, buy a can of chipotle peppers and blens them with a little salt and vinegar. Very spicy, very nice.

Also I like lettuce, shredded ginger, onion, thai chile, and a pinch of rice wine vinegar

this is a good idea for grilling, not changing the flavor though. mix about 1\4 cup water per pound of hb. sounds weird but makes the burgers so damn juicy!!
