I think your instincts are right. They are about twice as likely to do violent acts to complete strangers. It greatly depends on context though. At school this is a rather ridiculous fear, but on the street at night near an alley, this is a fear you should actually listen to. It is called common sense. I'm sure you would be just as scared of 5 Asian guys if they were dressed identically and speaking in the same slang while intoxicated.

First, you need to learn how to speak English and not some "made up language that nobody understands". I'm glad that you have decided that having sex with a black man is so wonderful. I don't look at the color of the skin. I look at what is inside of a person. This matters more that the color of a guy's skin.
