I am not in a fairy land as some of u think & one more thing.Most people do like cats i just wanted 2 know why?I do have 2 dogs & a snake.I just wanted 2 know why people luv cats more that is all i wanted 2 know thanks!!!!!!!!

I love many types of animals.I Currently have only cats.Cats are clean ,use their litterbox and are loving and good pets to have.You don't have to hurry home to walk them...just leave out plenty of water and feed them daily. Soooooo easy. They are also good snuggle-buddies.All my cats are rescued from different sources and seem to appreciate a good home. They are only indoors which keeps them safe, healthier and NO fleas!

Cause cats don't need that many things. Cats stay home eat,sleep act cute perr maybe walk around. And dogs need to be feed, walked , played with and they jump around everywhere dogs are big and can break a lot of stuff because they run around alot. Also they dig up you back your backyard.
Cats are good in the house cause they don't need alot from u dogs do. Dogs are good if u have a bad day and your sad because dogs are mostly always happy. Cats always chill around and love to be patted.

I'm not so sure that people love cats better than dogs, you'd actually need statistics for that. Moreover, why would it really matter? Some people like cats, some others dogs, or birds, reptiles, wild animals, all of them, etc. It's just a matter of preference, nothing more or less.

I think that is a generalization. In fact, I know people who like dogs much more than cats.

I like cats and dogs equally. And to be honest, I am so sick of listening to hypocrits say they love "animals", but then talk about how much dogs or cats suck over the other. Give me a break, you either like "animals" OR you like "dogs" OR "cats"....you can't have it all three ways.

I have no idea, Ive had and have now a cat and let me tell you. She gives me more attitude and is just plain mean.
I also have 3 dogs, I am for sure a dog person :)
my dogs give kisses, cuddle, are happy to see me.. my cat could care less, hates kisses, hates to be hugged and touched. Shes just a plain meany! :(

Not all people love cats more I know plenty of people that prefer dogs.

i luv both the same but i would think that most people luv cats better that dogs is because cats are more easier to take care of and they are cheaper to take care of.

I like both but cats have taken over in numbers as most popular pet, probably because they are much more low maintenance than dogs.
