I will give you a very simple equation:
Let:
y = your current weight
x = total calories you may eat in a day
x=10y
(ie: If you weigh 200, 10 x 200 = 2000 calories)
This will typically be under most people's caloric daily needs. You will need to also cut out bad carbs (sugar), don't eat 2 hours before bed, and begin exercising. Substitute some fruit and vegteables for meals. Jogging 30 minutes a day should suffice for your goal.
You will probably lose 2~5 lbs a week. There are 52 weeks in a year. You should be able to cut down 65 lbs in 6 months or less with this approach.
Please consult your doctor about this diet and your exercise program before you approach it. And please do more research into the topic.

Keep careful track of what you're eating and exercise at least 3-5 times a week. If you're really serious about it, talk to your doctor and get in touch with a dietician and a personal trainer that can cater a specific plan to your needs and lifestyle. You'll probably go through high points and low points in your weight loss, but you should be able to reach that goal. I've heard that on average, it's safe to lose 1-2 lbs. a week, so if you were able to maintain that for a year, you would definetly be on the right track. Good luck!

he metabolic powers certain foods have to make your physique burn more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, primarily based on “how several calories your physique is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients every single time you consume a certain food.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.
