Thats very simple.. Call up the girl that you are in love with and set up a date to go to a nice dinner ... Make sure you buy some flowers and just tell her how you feel. Be honest , Look deeply into her eyes , hold her hand then tell her that u Lover her and you will do anything to be with her .

invite her out to dinner or to the movies, kiss her good night afterwards. get her number call her oftern , listen to her, make comments ask her questions to let her know that u are listening.
let her know how u feel. these things take time. unless ahe is already a close friends and u already do all these things. than her next time u have lunch, or u are alone withn her. good luck.
