When I was a kid we had a cat that cried all of the time as if she was in heat. She had a cyst on her ovary and had to have it removed. Then she was fine. Maybe it is something with her reproduction.

You definitely need to take her to the vet. There are lots of things that can go wrong with unspayed cats, such as uterine or ovarian cancer, cysts, or benign tumors. Why don't you have her spayed? There are so many homeless kittens out there! All my kitties have been unwanted kitties before I adopted them. My last kitty was a litter from a barn cat, who would up getting a nasty infection, and had to get spayed anyway.
There's no need to torture the poor thing if it's that hard for her to reproduce. It's not like she will feel unfulfilled if she can't have kittens. She won't even notice. And it's not true that spayed cats are fat and lazy. My cat is just as active as ever.
Meanwhile, why you are waiting for the vet appointment, you can do some things to make her more comfortable. Try feeding her canned cat food to encourage her to eat, and keep a close eye on her until you can take her to the vet. Give her lots of TLC. You also might try adding a supplement to her food to encourage a nice, glossy coat. You also might try upgrading her food to a more premium brand (if you haven't aready) such as Nutro Natural Choice. That might make a difference in her coat.
Hope this helps!

Yes, I agree, PLEASE have her spayed IMMEDIATELY if she is physically able to withstand surgery.

If you need financial help with that, contact a humane organization, such as Spay and Save, Fur Fund or many others listed in your local telephone book. If you have a store called PETCO in your area, they can direct you to some of the organizations, too.The humane organizations can offer a certificate that you take to the vet and, if his office participates in that program, can spay your kitty for less money. It is worth it.

PLEASE do not let her have any more litters--it's killing her. And have all of her kittens found good homes?

I agree that her crying and meowing is her way of asking for help. Please be kind and get her to the vet...NOW!!

Please hug Kitty for me. You are both in my thoughts and prayers.

The reason why your cat is acting is because of the loss of one of her baby, plus having a very sore ***** Would you be acting weird too, Go to the vet and get her fixed, It should be no more then $100.00. or ask your city pound for vets that only charge $20.00..

SPAY her! She could have an infection such as pyometra which is deadly. She could have growths or tumors within her reproductive parts that are painful. There are all sorts of things that could be the problem and the problems delivering/reproductive issues could be secondary to something else such as a thyroid problem. She's at a good age to retire her breeding days anyway. It sounds like she is in pain.

How long ago did she have the kittens, if it was resent she may have something left behind in her uterus, even so take her to the VET and get her desexed while she's there she has had enough babies.

Shame on you for allowing your cat to bred like that! Her body is exhausted. And she may have a uterine infection following the last birth.

She cries for NO REASON! She is crying for your help!

I would take her to the vet as soon as possible. Cats can have medical problems for quite some time before you even notice any symptoms and can become very ill quickly.
