Definition of Rape: 1. At common law, unlawful sexual intercourse committed by a man with a woman not his wife through force and against her will. 2. Unlawful sexual activity (esp. intercourse) with a person (usu. a female) without consent and usu. by force or threat of injury.
(Black's Law Dictionary, pp 581)
It may be hard to prove this as a rape case, however, do contact the police. Your best bet would be to contact the state police in your area as they normally have better investigation teams. It does sound rather degrading, but did they penetrate you in any way? If not, then it's not rape. However, they could get in trouble for conduct unbecoming of an officer. Good luck! And get an attorney.

When i was 16 I got arrested. the cops in the slammer were constantly trying to f*** me. No one...Nobody...would beleive me. those that have answered you here and claim that nothing wrong could have happened or that cops are not capable of this are just plain naive... Wake up...of course if you are lying , well, you are stupid, if not, get a lawyer and call the FBI....not the police...they are are a 'brotherhood" or so they beleive...do something so that this will not happen to someone else. my experience has almost ALWAYS...BEEN... that the police are no f*****g...good. i am nearly 60 now...and I believe that they are just the same...

The officers are wrong. Report them to the FBI and not to the local police department. If you still have semen stained clothing, you can prove it. They are lying to try to get you to forget about prosecuting them... don't. If they really did this, they sure as hell don't deserve to be cops, they deserve to be in prison. Good luck with this. Also: consult a rape crisis counselor.

You were afraid of the azzholes, afraid of what MIGHT happen, you were also under the influence, contact your state attorney general immidiately and start taking badges if you think you'll hold up in court. Yea, misusing thier powers as a police officer, it was rape.

yes any type of forced sexual contact is rape. you need to go and talk to someone about it at the station. or maybe even a therapist about it for help. They are not above the law and it would be a hard case but i think you need to try. If you still have the clothing you were wearing save it un laundered....

It's amazing to me that this many people believe this B.S. story. Damn, is everyone dumb or just under 17? If someone was raped and recanting their story I don't think they would say "two friendly officers came up to my window". Also, another stupid thing said was...."I felt so humiliated and degraded, but what the heck". This is a B.S. story

YES. Are you sure they were legitimate police officers? You need to talk to someone in Internal Affairs in the police dept but get a lawyer first.

Step one. Talk to an attorney. Step two. See step one.
Seriously. It's probably not rape, by the legal definition, if their was no actual sexual penetration. But it might have been sexual harassment, or whatever your local state laws define that to be.
The problem is trying to prove it. And while only an attorney can advise you on that, bear in mind that such lawsuits can be very expensive and very emotionally draining.
