I'm a USA resident but i will like to live in France and i will like to know how i can go there and become a legal resident or citizen of France.

Well at this point i think there is not a single person with a normal answere, so forger about answering if you are youst thinking to write something that has no sence, Ok, i'm no chousing any answere as the best because all of them dosent make sence.

You can look up the government website and see what all you have to do and what the guidlines are. That is how i looked up canadian citizenship. It gives alot of information

and have them laugh at you when they only speak French, then crawl away....
