i would like from Grisanti's Bol A Pasta Italian Restaurant in Germantown, TN. the following:
1. Fred bread for an appetizer
2. miss mary's salad with blue cheese dressing topped with croutons
3. spagehtti and beef ravioli combo with meat sauce
4. a side order of italian spinach
5. garlic bread
6. tiramusu or apple ravioli's with vanilla icecream
7. ice tea with 1 packet of sweet and low-no lemon!
