What did he do to get put into jail? With the statement that you said "i have no more resources", it seems as though he has exasperated all of his resources with you. Maybe he should avoid going to jail and stay on the straight of narrow.

.... maybe what you need to do to save him - is to let him sit in jail for awhile...
.. depending on what he did; he'll be let out eventually..... and if he doesn't BOND out; the court will apoint him a lawyer....
......if He BONDS.........He's gonna have to pay for his own atty............
(you need to be smart for both of you, right now, so think long and hard before you go and "pawn" something that you won't get back)
This ISSUE won't be over just coz He gets out of jail, whatever he's done to begin with, will still have to be dealt with....

what is he in for. and if you cannot find enough money to bail HIM out then you just need to talk to him about it. you can also ask the DA if they can reduce the bond so that you can get him out. but it all depends on why he is in.
