just to clarify it's not myself being charged it's a girl and i have temperary guardianship of her child and i just wanted to know if she would be going to jail on these charges.

In Texas, its Criminal Attempt (Burglary) and it would be a state jail felony 2-10 years prison and/or 10,000 dollar fine

Dont bring a weapon.With a good enough lawyer it would be nothing.Seriously though dont bring anything that could be construed as a weapon.

If it is your first offense and you aren't armed, it will probably be probation.
