A person who studies human behavior is normally referred to as a psychologist. A person who studies the behavior of groups of people, and the internal and external dynamics that affect them, are sociologists. A person who studies the development of cultures and how those cultures effect the development of those people over time is called anthropologists. I hope that helps.
