I don't think anybody knew that one was comming, cards or no cards.
I think you misunderstand the purpose of Tarot cards. Cards are not psychic. If anything, it's a tool to help guide you. Your decisions and free will are all your own.

ive read tarot for many years and not once predicted ... this isnt why i use them
i totally believe in free will and whatever i may tell someone would take that free will away ... and not everyone would be correct in what they see anyway
tarot should be used as a means of guidance ... not for a detailed account of what is going to happen
no one can accurately predict the future .. it is not set and can change at any moment depending on the choices people make

Maybe...but only if you were an intelligence analyst for the CIA using the cards to clear your mind and let your sub-conscious mind do some interpreting of facts for you.
Only con artists claim the cards can do anything more than that, and only uneducated morons complain when they don't do more than that.

Since none of them did, I think it is safe to assume that none of them predicted Sept 11th.
Also none of them predicted the 2004 Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, the war in Iraq etc etc etc.
tarot/parapsychology is just as fake as religious belief and is for the weak minded and gullible.
