The August 31 deadline for Iran's nucleaer program termination has passed. The United nations doesn't seem to be too concerned. Or is it that nobody trusts the US govt anymore because of the so called "WMDs" that were suppsed to be in Iraq.

There is a definite possibility that war between the USA and Iran could happen with the current administration in power. We have fired missiles to test our capabilities for knocking down a missile fired by Iran and they have tested firing their long range missiles. Both countries have said that each of these actions are a act of war. I pray that war will never happen as i believe that peace is the answer to everything but sadly not everyone else thinks this way. It is definitely a tense point in our life time. We as a World community should stand up and say stop this madness.

What right does the United States of America have to dictate to another soveriegn nation anything , regarding the enrighment of uranium. Iran wants nothing to do with the U.S., Our president is paranoid because he feels guilty for the way they have treated middle eastern countries re .sanctions and oil. If Iran had enriched uranium right now today, they couldn't do anything with it. In maybe 10 years Iran might be able to power up some form of nuclear weapon that might or might not hit our beloved Israel. Folks no matter how much Bush lies to you about how deadly Iran and the people of Iran, it aint going to happen. Iran asked the US to talk, but we declined. What are we afraid of, PEACE? You're damn right Bush and the Neocons are deadly afraid of any type of Peace, they just can't handle it! The Neocon adgenda calls for WAR WAR, & more WAR. We don't need war to be free, in fact War is going to enslave us. We should leave the Middle East at once if precious Israel needs our help which they always seem to we can do it from our own turf. If the only way our leaders can control the population is by these hideous wars then we haven't progressed much, have we. Many Americans are afraid this country will be attacked and they will lose everything they have. It will if America and Israel don't stop with their warring. Let me give you an example of the amount of money ouur government has spent killing innocent people in the Middle East. If our government took all that money it would be enough to make every man and women of age a millionare, that's right, everyone in America would have a new car, new home paid for and life would be sweet, I mean S w e e t! But no, we have to spend our countries entire wealth killing poor Iraqi's. What a joke. Those of you who think America's shores will be attacked are misinformed, noone is going to rush to take America away from us, Americans are still people from everywhere, if you topple the US you're toppeling a little of every country in the world.

Oh my goodness; you've been watching CNN too much. There were WMDs...how do you think Sadaam killed so many of his own people? Slingshots? NO!! He murdered them with Iraq's WMDs. I think Iran badly needs new leadership but I think it will take World War III to take on all the problems the world is encountering...Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, North Korea, Jerusalem, Israel, Lebanon...just to name a FEW! And I believe it won't be long before that happens.

Everyone thought there were WMD's all the way back to throughout the Clinton Administration. They (Congress) all saw the information long before this president did and they were sure convinced. All the countries that are currently with us in the Coalition believed it, and even France, Germany, and Russia. Only they along with the UN were on Saddam's payroll. You can try to lay this on the US all you want, we are there because of Saddam. No other reason. There was not just one source of intelligence.

No war with Iran anytime soon, we're just not manned and equipped for a lengthy occupation (with the ongoing ones in Iraq and Afghanistan) and we're not going to make the same mistake as in Iraq again (lack of preparation).

Iran is much bigger, much more populous, and much better armed than Iraq. And we'd piss off the Iraqi shia so bad they'd throw us out of Iraq.

If we really want Al Qaida to win in the middle east, yes, we should invade Iran.

Bush will somehow try to make a case for another war. That would cause a major shortage in men and a possible draft installation which will cause alot of people to move to Canada. Then Bush would try to instate a provision that he had instated in the patriot act that would allow him to keep his posistion "in a time of war" So watch out.

Bush has no authority at the UN or in the world of public opinion,, he and his war cabinet want a nuclear war,, he withdrew the US from the world court,,hopefully more intelligent minds will prevail, and the US congress will never allow this to happen
