can you make up with a good smoothie idea? what would you put in it? ( no copied recipes please )

Lemon yogurt some ice cubes and strawberries to make a berry lemonade smoothie. Tastes good with blueberries and raspberries also. You can do it with vanilla yogurt and lemonade, or lemon juice and some extra sugar instead of lemon yogurt.

I also like vanilla yougurt, strawberries, and bananas.

Try this one too, cottage cheese, orange marmalade, a little milk, a banana, and ice. I found this on kraftfoods.com but it's really good.

EDIT-

If you use frozen fruits you don't have to use ice. It tastes good either way.

I think for a smoothy is Blueberries and Ice Cream and milk. Put it in a blender and you get a blueberry Blender. It sounds so good to me right now, yummy.

put this in the blender in this order, 1 cup ice cubes, 1 banana, 1 cup light coconut milk, 1/2 a mango, zest of 1 lime and 1 tablespoon honey, blitz till smooth, add 1 tablespoon of bee pollen for amino acids if you use it

Strawberry smoothie...put in strawberries, ice cubes, milk, yogurt...really simple, but really good :-)
