What do these strange things mean?

If a girl tells you that she likes "that energy you always have", what does this mean? Also, why does she tell me that she "desperately need both a cooking and baking course" after I told her I was going to take one? We also became dance partners somehow. Am I missing something? We have been friends for years, but we never been as close as we are getting.
