Yes.
I just wish we all could be Americans, though, instead of Mexican Americans, Irish Americans, African Americans. . .you get the picture. We ALL contribute in positive ways. Our ancestors just don't come from the same place! Our skin color isn't the same, but a good person is still a good person.

yahh....
well , then I live in the bad neighborhood... I guess
I respect your mexican pride feeling. But here's different view.
I loved mexicans while I'm traveling, They had a spirit. But Mexican American is little different like other country.
1 They have quite lots of children that they can not afford.
(My ex was a high school teacher, and a lot of students have babies, some Mexican girl had 3 kids before the high school graduation)
2 yes they are catholic, but how many percentage of people go to church every Sunday?
3 I guess some people are law abiding like every other people in America. Nothing particular!
4 If you guys don't support illegal immigration, prove it. Most of Mexican family here CA has several illegal immigrant in their family.
5 I guess they are respectful. So we always need back up employees. Because they just don't show up next day without any notice.
6 They know how to control kids? Are you sure? A lot of customers with a lot of kids drive me crazy most of time. sometimes kids pee in the fitting room.
7 they are Patriotic to America or Mexico? So lots of you refuse to speak English? They ask their boss learn Spanish.. I guess
And mexican american co worker of my friend even did tear off the american flag from his uniform.

I can tell u this.
I'm not catholic and i'm Mexican American.
I am planning on only having 2 kids.
I think that the people that are here illegally already should have the right to stay here.
I don't agree with every thing that you say because you should have put "Most" in front of those statements.

I AGREE, legal Mexicans are A-ok, with this girlie. In fact, my father's family has Mexican ancestry. That is why I refuse to debate illegal immigration based on race. Even though it is true that the majority of illegals are Mexican, they are not every illegal. We must fight for secure borders from all criminal elements, Mexican, Chinese, Canadian, British, Iraqi, whatever the country of origin, Including our home-grown criminals!

Because fortunately, most Hispanics have been afforded the opportunity of an education and thrive in this democracy.....Not all, but most.....
Remember, these people are children of immigrants, they were given the opportunity to better their lives in this country, and they do so, for the most part. Do you think if undocumented workers were allowed amnesty, they would improve their lives, as did Hispanic/Mexicans?

Mexican Americans are great, illegal Mexicans drain social services, spread disease, and should go back, even if they are good people they have broke the law.

As long as they are legal i don't care. But I do agree Mexican Americans have more sence and contribute to our society as do blacks and other nationalities and races.
