Rice and beans for lunch, then beans and rice for dinner. Through in a tortilla, some salsa, maybe even a fried egg, and voila, huevos rancheros. Deelish!

the best rice and bean dish i have ever had was at margaritaville in Louisiana .. i cant remember the name of the bean but they were black and came in a big bowl and was almost like a bean stew and came with LOTS of rice.. so worth going to Louisiana for :)
