It depend on what's cheap for you?

If you can hostelling, you must try Jazz in the park and Apple hostel, both are less than 30 per night, but is hostel.

My best experience is in the YMCA. You can get a private room with your own Bathroom for $120

Or a 4 bed room with shared bath for 120 too.

Less than that never ever. And be careful if you fnd something cheap upper than 100 st

try expidia.com you really can't get a cheap hotel room .in NYC your going to pend a least 175 per person.if not more
