Ingredients
Besan flour - 1 cup Butter - 1/2 kg Sugar - 2 3/4 cup
Method
Prepare Ghee. When it is still hot, add Besan flour to it. It becomes like dosa batter. Dissolve the sugar in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and when it starts boiling add the flour. When it becomes thick and when you pour a spoon of the mix in a greased plate it should stick to the plate. Now pour it in a greased plate and cut it into pieces.
