Absolutely!!! The pre-"skeet" (as you call it) has a much higher concentration of sperm than the actual "skeet"! Play it safe next time if you're worried about pregnancy.

pre-sperm can theoretically get a woman pregnant yet remember the vagina has its very own arsenal of spermicide and it rather is the reason while a guy ejaculates that's semen which protects the sperm from the spermicide (in a nut shell)

not really familiar with your terminology but anything is possible as far as pregnancy.
i would say if you did not go deep, you have less chance.....it depends on her ovulation time too and if you let any of your "boys" go inside her
