In the UK you can get cheap picture frames at any Wilkinson's Store or look in those photo printing type shops which always seem to have sales on picture frames.

If this is for yourself hen Ikea. If it is to sell on as part of portrait business then you need to really think about going to a professional framer as every one has access to the same cheap frames and will know where you got them from. Also if the image is outstanding don't trash it with a rubbish frame

hobby lobby has half price frames most of the time, real nice ones too. Big lots has some nice cheap ones as well.

Second-hand stores usually have good frames cheap (you may have to take the ugly paintings out of them first) that you can repaint to spruce up.

A decent gallery won't accept a picture - no matter how good - in a crappy frame. But a Sally-Ann framed pic will fetch a Sally-Ann price, if that's what you want.

Go to any Local Pharmacies, like CVS/Walgreens where they sell inexpensive Picture frames.

You can always try the Salvation Army too!
