disappeared. I know he is living with someone but he told me that I was the love of his life and he had never gotten over me. He still drives by my house and remembers the good times. We are in seperate states now but we had such a connection that I dont know why he quit talking to me. any ideas??

we were high school sweethearts. We both have been married and divorced. He drives by the house that I used to live in when we dated and he said "it just makes me feel good" He also has said that he always wondered what our children would have looked like and that he messed up and really wished we could do it over again.

he probably is just not who you thought he was. My advice...try to move on and find someone else. Theres really nothing else you can do. :( I know its hard but its the truth. People change...lose touch...and move on. He might love you so much that it hurts to talk to you or he might have forgotten about the connection you had. Or maybe he didnt feel the connection to begin with. Dont sit around and wait for him though. At least i wouldnt. Take a total of three days to wallow then get up and get out there. Even If he cant understand what a great thing he would have had with you im sure theres someone out there who will!

I would guess that the girl he was living with told him to stop wasting his time with you or he would have to move out. Isn't that what you would do if you were in her position? It is only natural.
