You don't have to give out gifts at the bachelorette party, but you could. Filling little party bags with small gifts like dollar items would be cute. Go with something that is close to the theme-maybe bottle openers for a night at the bars, body lotion for a spa party, etc.

An assortment of small sample containers of lotions, perfumes, and beauty products... (Check a local department store make-up perfume center )
You can also include sample size packages of personal lubricant in different flavors scents.. (available at a local adult store usually near the counter for under $1.00 each)
For gift bags for the attendants on the day of the wedding purchase perfume (a light scent the same for everyone) slipper socks in a color to match the wedding colors (the attendants will love them and can slip into them while standing in the receiving line especially if the dresses are long and hide thier feet)

Instead of the sex and penis way to go, you could do a spa themed party. Especially if it is a small group of girls, rent out a day spa and drink mimosa and get your nails done and try hair dos yall will wear to the wedding, makeup lessons or even massages and then do shopping for each others night out attire. After that hit up the local classy wine bar or jazz bar. The favors could include a gift certificate for facial or waxing the week before the wedding.

Your guests shouldn't be expecting to get gifts, they should be expecting to give gifts. If you want to give them something to thank them for coming, wait until after the party. Send all of your guests a small photo album or collage of pictures from that night. You'll probably get some great pics of your sister with her friends!

I threw my best friend a party, and I didn't get the girls that came anything. We went to go get our nails done, then went to a dinner theater, and then headed to my place to give gifts to the bride. That was enough. If you want little gifts get penis necklaces or edible lube or lingerie, depends if you have a theme going, or edible body paint, something fun like that.

They are alot more classy than you may think...
They are fun and have a whole section on bachelor and bacherette parties... gift ideas and party stuffs...
I took my Girlfriend there to help her plan her soon-to-be sister-in-law's party.
