Paint thinner, rubing alcohol, WD-40, gasoline (be careful - save that smoke for later).

See what the can says for clean-up. For many paints, it is paint thinner or mineral spirits.

Most paints will come off just fine after a nice warm soak, some soap, and some elbow grease.

One of my favorite solutions os something called 'Goof-Off'- a decent multi-purpose cleaner.

All three of the above answers will work. Also, you can use "GooGone" It gets almost everything off anything.
