um....I don't know how to tell you this...but if he says that he'll think about it and that he never answered....generally that's a bad sign...then again I could be wrong....but for the most part...being that I'm a guy....if a guy has to think about it...then there's something wrong.
I'm sorry, but I don't think he's interested based on the lack of an answer there.

actually he never did
if he had any feeling to you he would have answered you
or talked to you again
