Buy a new pair or bleach the ones you have. I don't kow why she or he would inspect your underwear at any point during the evening.
You could use shout, oxyclean, or a myriad of other stain treatments if they are a colored underwear. Which if that is the case you couldn't see a spot that was faded anyway.

Rub PURE Pine-Sol brand cleaner (pine oil cleaner) into stains, let soak for 15 minutes, wash in washer using regular wash soap. :)
Later on, switch to black underwear, my wife says they are sexier anyway ;)

lol. well she wont see it if you don't show her. anyway use clorox bleach or bleach for colors.
