If you've got to study something you don't like, as a way of getting to where you're going, then now might be the right time.

I don't like to see anyone studying something they don't like but sometimes it's a necessary evil to get where we are going with the rest of our education. I'm a scientist and I had to take humanities classes that didn't appeal to me, but I had to none-the-less.

Follow your heart, and find the inner passion for what you do for the rest of your life. You want to enjoy getting out of bed each day as you go to a job you love. Running after fame, fortune, or anything other than inner passion will only get you locked into a job you hate.

When it comes down to it, most people can live on less money if they are happy with the job they go to every day.

Why do you have to study something that you hate? If you have to take it anyway, just get it over with NOW so you don't have to worry about later.

Taking a year off probably won't help much other than prolonging the inevitable.

If you have to learn another language, maybe there is one more pertinent to your future than Latin or Hungarian. Is it possible to switch to another language? Spanish, french etc...

If you must take one of those...Take Hungarian, because there are people alive to day that speak it. & If you must take it...get it over with as soon as possible....procrastination only makes you dread it, ruins what youare doing now because you are stressing over the future. Besides...you actually may enjoy it :)

Don't go for a course you don't like. You'll probably do badly and drop out. Much better to spend a year getting work experience or travelling than sitting about for the duration being miserable.

Definitely don't study something you hate! If you hate the topic, you won't apply yourself as much as you would if it were something you enjoyed. Why would you even think about doing something you hate??

You should do something this year that you love. Don't put anything off, but don't do anything you hate.
