my arm pits feet and hands are really sweaty anything i should do to make it stop?

you are not alone in that department. I hate having excessive sweat. It really sucks since I am in highschool.
I used this deoderant called Adidas 24 hr Control. It has some Cotton Technology in it and its Aluminum Free(which is what you want). It really helps. I used to have massive wet spots on my shirts and once I starting using it the wet spots went away.
But unfortunatly it gave me a small rash on my pits. And I think my body has become immune to it. You can see my wet spots again. Totally bites
There are other deoderants like Certain Dri.not sure if they work though
you can go to a doctor or something and see what they tell you. You might have Hyperhydrosis.(aka excessive sweat) and they can give you a special soap that stops your sweating...

the condition is called hyperhydrosis. there are ways to 'cure' this including surgery. although there are no guarantees. go look it up.

You could talk to your doctor. There are medications that can help with that.
