Breakfast can be at any time you want it to be. It only signifies that you are breaking a fast - usually after you sleep for an extended period of time. Folks who work second or third shift might enjoy their breakfast at 2:00 PM or even 10:00 PM - depending on when they get up.

Whatever you have and whenever you have it - enjoy it.

no...whenever you wake up from sleeping a long time, the first meal that you eat is considered breakfast. I personally eat breakfast during the weekday running out the door at 7 AM. On Saturday and Sunday whenever I wake up or before I have to be at church or what not.

If you have two more meals later in the day, I think the first one you ate would have been breakfast. Most people who work shift work and manage to eat three meals a day still consider the first meal breakfast, no matter when it is eaten.

My teenage son does that...I think when you get up and it's the first meal of the day, it's breakfast.

He will wake up at 1 p.m. and decide to eat lunch (i.e. tacos, pizza, a sandwich). Personally, when I get up, I want coffee and breakfast food - regardless of the time. (thought I don't sleep after 7 a.m.)

Depends on many things, like what you eat, where you eat and in what company. Basically, it's up to you if you label your meal "breakfast" or not.

I often eat breakfast later than that.
