I wouldn't know where to start. The 19-20th century have probably seen more new religions than all the rest of history. New religions include: Wicca/Neopaganism, Scientology and countless moneymaking schemes/suicide cults. As well as "joke religions" like Pastafarianism, SubGenius and Discordianism.
(p.s. Paganism IS a new religion, just because you stole someone else's gods, doesn't mean you're following their religion)

That is probably impossible to answer, due to the number of religions, their various branches, and how to determine 'when' a religion starts.
My vote for newest large-scale religion would be Scientology. That would be 20th century.
