On the assumption that Steve is being facetious and you seriously want to know the answer then he doesn't deserve the points and you comment will stop any serious answers
Right here we go.

Assume all work at a standard rate and tiredness and hunger do not count.

The number of man hours needed to build the wall are

5 x 5 x 24 = 600 man hours

1 man at 8 hours a day would take 600/8 days = 75 days
