Like a little model for your invention, if thats even necessary .

For example the person who invented "BLANK" makes a little working model of "BLANK" to show how it works and etc .


Or is just the drawing necessary ? , IF so how do you do that , do you hire someone to draw it for you ?!?

Prototype.
You make it yourself. It depends on what you're making, if you'll need one or not. Maybe a drawing would suffice, but an actual prototype would probably be better.
