koukla means doll literally (κούκλα). it is used to describe a beautiful woman (like gorgeous).

ti kaneis means how are you (τι κάνεις). it's a common way to greet someone and it usually follows geia sou (gia sou)

geia sou means hello or hi (γεια σου).

A phrase with all these 3 words combined could be: gia sou koukla, ti kaneis? and it would mean : Hi gorgeous, how are you?
Notice that in greek, the order of the words is not fixed, so someone could say Gorgeous, hi, how are you.
