I'm home alone for pretty much 6 more hours with nothing to do while my parents drive my brother back to college; what should I do?

I guess you've already exhausted your "quality time" with yourself or you wouldn't be asking, lol. I won't suggest that as an activity then.
I recommend busting out some old movies you haven't seen in a while and watching them. If you do anything creative, like painting or playing an instrument, do that.
