I'm a barista! Yes they will be able to work around your school schedule. Which is great because if you only work 20 hours a week you still get full benefits.

I work at an extremely busy starbucks so when I get to work each day I do everything from stocking cups and lids to cleaning floors and the pastry case. Its a lot of cleaning and even more costumer service. You will tart remembering guest names and there drinks.

However if you work in a slower starbucks or a 24 hours starbucks the job is a little more relaxed.

Where do you want to work? I'm in San Francisco, CA

well it depends what model you have! im a barista and got a barista solo coffee maker for my mom last christmas. you usually put in filtered water. and then get the appropriate size coffee grind for the coffe and its two table spoons of coffee for every 6 ounces of water you put in the machine. after that is complete you hit the brew button and the coffee with be done in a short period of time =)

hoep this helps, i tried!
