How many people have a daily excersise routine and stick with it?

I LOVE Billy Blanks and do Taebo five times a week. I'd like to do more but I have a chronic back injury so I just suck it up.

To the last answer do I do a regular routine, yes Taebo five times a week. It really works for anger management too.

I do, but I teach performance techniques to athletes, so it's part of my job. By the way, to avoid confusion from the above post, walking is not exercise unless you are so detrained that it actually meets the training threshold. If you're not 80 or coming out of a body cast, find a real routine.

I do. I go six days a week for about 40 minutes, or the equivalent to burning 500 calories. Do you have a daily exercise routine?

Hard to deal with a regular routine, but try to do your thing at least three times a week.

I almost do. I started eating right and excersising about a year ago. I slack off sometimes, but for the most part i keep up with it and LOVE my workouts!
