my ex-husband has done everything the state has asked him to do to cancell my child support order and zero it out, but im not getting any where with anyone and i need to know what to do or who to talk to.

As much as people hate to, you need to get a lawyer. They are expensive but you can't seem to get anywhere in the court system without one. Try to find one that is pro bono.
